Real estate activities with own or leased property

The ISIC Rev.4 code 681 covers activities that involve owning, leasing, or managing real estate for the purpose of earning rental income. It includes the renting and leasing of residential, commercial and industrial properties, as well as providing related services such as property administration, maintenance and the collection of rents.
