Beekeeping

A program that focuses on keeping bees for personal enjoyment, pollination of plants and vegetables, and domestic honey and other bee product production. Includes instruction in bee behavior, hive equipment, beekeeping supplies, bee pests and parasites, handling bees, hive set up and care, honey production, and seasonal management practices. This CIP code is not valid for IPEDS reporting.
