**Excludes:** - live flatfish for ornamental purpose, cf. 0411 - live flatfish not for human consumption, including seeds and feeds for aquaculture, cf. 0419 - frozen flatfish, cf. 21213 - processed products of freshwater fish, such as: • fresh and chilled fish fillets and fish meat (whether minced or not), cf. 21221 • fresh or chilled fish liver and roes, cf. 21225
