Leather, fur, feather and footwear manufacturing

Code 19 covers enterprises that process raw hides and skins into leather, produce finished leather goods, and manufacture articles from fur and feathers such as hats, gloves and accessories, as well as all stages of footwear production from material preparation to final shoe assembly. It includes both small-scale workshops and large factories engaged in these activities.
