Housing construction

Code 47 refers to the construction of residential buildings, encompassing the erection of new houses, apartments and other dwellings as well as the reconstruction, expansion and major renovation of existing housing units. The classification includes all related on-site activities such as foundation work, structural framing, roofing, interior fitting and finishing, but excludes non-residential construction.
