Code 86 in GB/T 4754-2017 designates establishments engaged in social work, including agencies that deliver welfare, community assistance, counselling and support services to individuals and groups in need. Activities cover care for the elderly, children, disabled persons and other vulnerable populations, as well as social rehabilitation, integration and family-counselling programmes operated by governmental, non-governmental or private entities.
