Sugars and sugar confectionery

Schedule B code 17 covers raw and refined sugars, including granulated, powdered and liquid forms, as well as sugar-based foods such as candy, chocolate-coated confections, chewing gum, and other sweetened confectionery products manufactured or prepared for export. It excludes sugar substitutes and products primarily composed of other ingredients with only incidental sugar content.
