Plastics and articles thereof

Schedule B code 39 covers plastics and all articles made from them, ranging from basic polymer granules and sheets to finished goods such as containers, tubes, films, and molded parts. It includes both thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers, as well as composite products incorporating plastics, but excludes rubber and natural fiber items. This classification is used for U.S. export reporting of all plastic-based commodities.
