Adult-onset immunodeficiency

**Definition:** Adults with disseminated mycobacterial infections and/or other AIDS-defining infections, often involving concomitant neutrophilic dermatoses. All patients have high titres of anti-interferon-gamma and normal CD4 T helper cell counts.
