Quarrying of stone, sand and clay

The ISIC Rev.4 code 0810 covers the extraction of natural stone, sand and clay from open-pit quarries, pits, or excavations. It includes activities such as quarrying, mining of dimension stone, sand and gravel, and the removal of clay for use in construction or industrial processes. No processing beyond basic size reduction or cleaning is included.
