Manufacture of plastics and synthetic rubber in primary forms

The 2013 class covers establishments that produce basic plastic and synthetic-rubber materials in their primary forms, such as polymer granules, pellets, sheets, plates, rods and other unshaped intermediates. It includes the processing of raw polymers into these basic products but does not encompass further fabrication of finished plastic or rubber goods.
