Real estate activities on a fee or contract basis

Code 6820 covers real-estate activities performed on a fee or contract basis, such as brokerage services, property management, valuation, leasing and other advisory functions related to land and buildings, without the ownership of the property itself. It excludes activities of owners who rent out their own premises.
