Electric power generation, transmission and distribution

The ISIC Rev.4 class 3510 covers establishments that generate electricity from sources such as fossil fuels, nuclear, hydro, wind or solar, operate transmission systems that move bulk power over long distances, and distribute electricity to residential, commercial and industrial customers, including associated auxiliary services. This classification excludes electricity retailing that does not involve distribution infrastructure.
