Code 10 of the Korean Standard Industry Classification (10th revision, 2017) covers establishments that transform raw agricultural, livestock and marine products into finished food items. It includes processing of grain, meat, fish, dairy, fruits, vegetables, edible oils, bakery and confectionery products, as well as the production of beverages, seasonings and other prepared foodstuffs.
