Activities of membership organisations

Code 94 classifies organisations that bring together members around common interests-such as professional, trade, cultural, recreational, religious or other affinity groups-and that conduct activities like advocacy, networking, service provision, training and the organisation of events for their members. It excludes profit-oriented enterprises that simply sell goods or services to the public.
