Code U covers the operations of organisations whose legal status and activities are governed by international agreements rather than domestic law, such as foreign diplomatic missions, United Nations agencies, and other multinational bodies. These entities provide diplomatic, humanitarian, development and other extraterritorial services while situated in the Philippines.
