Meat and meat preparations
The SITC Rev 4 code 01 covers all kinds of meat and meat preparations, including fresh, chilled, frozen and dried flesh of mammals, birds and other animals, as well as salted, smoked, cooked or otherwise processed meat products such as sausages, canned meat and meat extracts. It excludes meat off-cuts used primarily for animal feed and non-edible by-products.
