Animal oils and fats
The SITC Rev 4 code 41 covers oils and fats obtained from animal sources, including edible and industrial varieties such as tallow, lard, butter, fish oil and other rendered animal fats. It excludes vegetable oils, marine crustacean oils and any chemically modified or synthetic fats.
