Code 81 covers factory-produced, ready-to-assemble structures such as modular homes, pre-engineered metal or wooden buildings, and the associated plumbing and heating components that are installed as part of the prefabricated unit. It includes complete building kits as well as integrated pipework, radiators, water-heating systems and related fixtures supplied for installation in these structures.
