Activities of Private Households as Employers

The code T covers private households that hire personnel to perform domestic services such as housekeeping, cooking, caregiving, gardening and security. It includes activities where the household itself is the employer of staff but does not involve commercial production or sale of goods and services. This classification is used to separate household-employment activities from other forms of employment in economic statistics.
