It includes publishing, broadcasting, telecommunications, data processing, software development, internet services and related activities that enable the creation, management and delivery of digital content and communication infrastructure.

The K category includes enterprises that provide financial services such as banking, credit intermediation, investment and asset management, as well as insurance activities including underwriting, reinsurance and related risk-management services.

Code O comprises activities of central and local governmental bodies that formulate and implement public policy, maintain law and order, and manage national defence, as well as institutions that administer compulsory social security programmes such as pension, unemployment and health insurance.

Entry P in the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities (OK 029-2014) groups enterprises and institutions that deliver educational services, ranging from pre-school and general schooling to vocational training, higher education and adult continuing education. It covers public and private schools, colleges, universities, professional development centres, and other entities that provide instruction, curriculum development, examinations and related support services.

Code Q groups establishments providing medical, dental and hospital services, as well as specialized outpatient care, diagnostic laboratories and pharmacy activities. It also includes organisations that deliver social assistance, residential care and support for the elderly, children, persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups, encompassing a broad range of health-related and welfare services.

Code R groups economic activities that produce, present, or manage cultural, artistic and recreational services, encompassing performing arts, museums, libraries, sports facilities, amusement parks and other leisure enterprises that provide entertainment, cultural enrichment and recreational experiences to the public.

Other Service Activities (code S) includes service operations that are not listed in other categories, covering miscellaneous personal and household services such as repair of personal items, funeral arrangements, pet care, and other ancillary support activities.

The entry covers activities in which private households act as employers, hiring workers for domestic tasks such as cleaning, caregiving, gardening or home maintenance, and includes the production of goods and provision of services that are not otherwise classified and are generally intended for the household's own use.

Code U covers activities carried out by foreign diplomatic missions, international organisations and other extraterritorial entities operating within Russia. It includes consular services, representation and support functions that are not part of the domestic economic sector.
