- AAgriculture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry and Fishery
Category A encompasses the primary-sector activities of cultivating crops, managing forests, raising livestock, and conducting aquaculture, including all related production, processing, and support services that contribute to the nation's agricultural, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery output.
- BMining and Quarrying
Code B in GB/T 4754-2017 designates the Mining and Quarrying sector, which comprises the extraction of mineral resources such as coal, metal ores, non-metallic minerals and stone, as well as related activities like exploration, excavation, and primary processing of the raw material.
